New Avik Range Keeps Food Areas Insect-Free!

Areas of food preparation need to maintain high standards of hygiene, and as a result Addvent has just launched a brand new range of AVIK electric insect killers.

Developed to meet the stringent requirements of the food industry, this range is ideal for use in food factories, commercial kitchens, supermarkets, food preparation areas and shops.

The AVIK range uses ultra violet attractant tubes that emit up to 40 watts of light output for efficient insect control.  The insect killers are manufactured from a hardwearing aluminium alloy and can be either wall mounted, suspended or free standing to suit individual requirements. 

All models come with a remote control and a large easy-clean insect catchment tray.  The AVIK20 emits 20 watts of light making it suitable for smaller applications, while the AVIK30 has a light output of 30 watts and so is appropriate for medium-sized commercial kitchens.  For larger food preparation areas such as food factories the AVIK40 is a more heavy-duty insect killer with a 40 watts light output.
